Please note that the RO6Installer for RISC OS Six must NOT be run from inside the ZIP archive as it will NOT work. It must be decompressed to your hard drive before you start the installation.

Note on Using the ISO image files in this section.

An ISO image is a special type of file. To use the ISO image you must use a CD burning program such CDVDBurn on RISC OS, Roxio on a PC or Toast on a Mac, which supports the use of an ISO image. The ISO image will not work if you simply copy the ISO image onto a CD, you must use the "burn CD using an ISO image" or similar option on your CD burning software.

The resultant CD will then be the same as the CD which you can purchase direct from us if you don't have suitable download facilities.

Alternatively if you have a program such as CDFaker running on RISC OS then you can double click on the downloaded ISO image and it will then open up as it was a real CD. N.B. The downloaded ISO image must be given an ISO RISC OS filetype.
