Changes between Select Release 1, issue 4 and Release 1, issue 5

The following is a list of the changes made between different Select
versions.


ROM changes

DHCPClient:
  Fix for overlarge timeouts (restricted to 32bit centiseconds).
ShareFS:
  Fix for Free displaying -ve values.
TaskManager:
  Fix for remount on shutdown (ShutDownDismounting)
Zipper:
  Added support for returning compressed/uncompressed sizes on ZipFileClose.
Free:
  Added support for free space on path.
SysLog:
  Fix for remount on shutdown (ShutDownDismounting)
RAMFSFiler:
  Updated menu to fit in with other filers.


Boot sequence changes
---------------------
SoftloadSetup:
  Added support for removing images.
ScanFonts:
  Special casing for EasyFontPro which causes FontManager to break due to
    its incomplete faking of the directory operations.
UsersGroupSetup:
  Added nicer sprites.
UsersManager:
  Added nicer sprites.
  Fix for lock out bug.
UserPassword:
  Added nicer sprites.
NetSetup:
  Standard !Help file format.
AccessSetup:
  KillShare removed (now run by !Internet).
MiniZip:
  Typos corrected in help text.
  Fixes for directory prefixed archives (with -J).
  Added indication of compression.
Internet:
  Moved KillShare here from AccessSetup.
SetUser:
  Added nicer sprites.
HomeFiler:
  Added Share and Free options (and removed Quit) in line with other Filers.
